Medical Coder

Translate clinical documentation into accurate diagnosis and procedure codes while supporting clean claims and compliant reimbursement.
What you will do
- Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes.
- Validate documentation, modifiers and coding accuracy before claim submission.
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate clarifications with the appropriate team.
- Follow payer, specialty and compliance guidelines while meeting quality targets.
- Participate in coding audits, feedback and continuous learning.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology and coding guidelines.
- CPC, CCS or an equivalent coding certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Freshers with relevant training and certified candidates are welcome to apply.
